July 2008, average median price of homes that SOLD: $204,000.00
July 2007, average median price of homes that SOLD: $336,000.00
In San Joaquin county:
July 2008, average median price of homes that SOLD: $225,000.00
July 2007, average median price of homes that SOLD: $431,000.00
Real Estate in the Central Valley has undergone a drastic price adjustment. This is such a good thing for buyers. Especially for buyers that are considering buying their first home.
