Crazy economic times!!! Wall street is a mess... but what does it mean for you locally? In regards to real estate, I think this is good news for home buyers. Need proof? Check out interest rates! After the Fed announced it was stepping in to back Fannie/Freddie, interest rates dipped downward. Give me a call or shoot me an email... I'd be happy to talk to you about it.
